1. New customers subscribing to 24-month contracts are eligible for this plan, and existing customers can enjoy double the speed by upgrading their contract duration from one year to two years at no additional cost.
2. A monthly recurring charge (excluding 5% VAT).
3. In case of early termination, an Early Termination Charge (ETC) will apply at a fixed rate of OMR 50.
4. Downgrading is allowed for existing customers and an OMR 50 ETC is applicable.
5. Other benefits will remain the same: Free OO Fixed Minutes (On-Net) and a 10 % discount on International Voice.
6. All other terms and conditions of the Fibre Home Internet will remain the same.
7. Ooredoo is responsible for CPE/Modem manufacturing damage. Customers will be charged OMR 25 for any other damage.
8. Ooredoo is not responsible for any internal wiring in the customer’s building, firewall configuration on PC, location, type of content and the distance to Wi-Fi. Please note that the access point will affect the actual speed and any connections to servers outside the Ooredoo Network.
9. In the case of a change in location request, an OMR 15 fee will apply.
10. Without prejudice to the penalties stipulated in the Telecommunications Act promulgated by Royal Decree 30/2002, the Beneficiary shall not be entitled to redistribute the internet service outside the contracted residential / commercial unit, and shall bear all the legal liability resulting in the event that this violation is proven.
The Authority or the Company shall have the right to terminate the service of the Beneficiary in the event that it is proven otherwise, and to prevent the delivery of the service to the Beneficiary according to the period specified by the Authority.
